Online Sex and Relationship Therapy for High-Achieving Professionals in Tennessee and Florida

Therapy for individuals and relationships navigating desire, communication, and relationship dynamics

Parts of your life feel easier to manage than others

With work, responsibilities, and day-to-day life, you know how to show up and handle what’s in front of you. But when it comes to sex or your relationship, things don’t always feel as clear. You avoid conversations, desire doesn’t always line up, or something just feels off in a way that’s hard to resolve.

Therapy helps you make sense of what’s going on so you can start living the life you actually want.

Hi, I’m Raven O’Rourke

AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist

I’m a sex-positive therapist and I work with clients across a range of identities, orientations, and relationship structures. Many of the people I work with are part of the LGBTQ+ community and/or are high-achieving professionals who are used to being able to figure things out on their own.

In sessions, we focus on the things that are usually left unsaid. That might be conversations about desire, boundaries, or expectations that haven’t been easy to talk about elsewhere. Rather than tiptoeing around those topics, we address them directly and use them to better understand what’s happening.

My goal is to help you get clearer on what you want and begin making changes that feel more aligned with who you are.

How We Can Work Together

Individual Therapy

Focused, one-on-one sessions to help you understand what’s going on, get clear on what you want, and work through it in a more direct way.

Relationship Therapy

For people in monogamous or non-monogamous relationships who want to improve communication, navigate desire differences, and better understand their dynamic.

Clinical Supervision

Support for pre-licensed therapists who want to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence, and develop a thoughtful, sustainable approach to their work.

I dare you to tell me something I haven’t heard before

It might feel like you’re the only one going through this, but I can promise you you’re not. Most of the things people feel hesitant to talk about when it comes to sex or relationships aren’t unusual, they’ve just not had the opportunity to talk about it openly.

Whether it’s differences in desire, difficulty with arousal or performance, feeling disconnected from your partner, or navigating non-monogamy, these are all more common than they seem.

Therapy is a space where you can explore these topics without judgment, rather than trying to manage them on your own.

You don’t have to continue avoiding the difficult conversations or staying stuck in the cycles that aren’t working

Together, we’ll take a closer look at what’s actually happening so you can start to live a life aligned with who you are and what you want.
