Relationship Therapy

For people in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships who are navigating sex, communication, and relationship dynamics

You can talk about everything, but you can’t talk about this

Parts of this relationship are strong.  You care, you're invested, you want to keep showing up for each other and the relationship.

And still, something feels off. You’ve likely tried to talk about it, but those conversations don’t always go the way you intend. They get awkward, cut short, or turn tense before anything actually gets resolved.

Over time, it can start to feel like you’re circling the same areas without resolution.

A space to talk about what usually goes unsaid

Relationship therapy focuses on helping you understand what’s happening in your relationship, and provides you with the tools to navigate it more directly and honestly.

This work isn’t limited to traditional couples or one type of relationship. It includes monogamous and non-monogamous dynamics, individuals exploring their role within a relationship, and those navigating desire differences, infidelity, or communication challenges.

In our work together, we focus on creating space for open conversations. You’ll learn how to talk about sex, desire, and boundaries. You’ll also build a clearer understanding of your needs without overexplaining or minimizing them, and learn how to navigate differences without conversations turning into conflict or avoidance.

What to Expect

Consultation

We start with a 20-minute consultation to understand what’s bringing you in and determine if this feels like a good fit. If it does, we can schedule your first session from there.

Initial Sessions

We begin by meeting together to get a sense of the relationship and what’s been happening. From there, each person will have an individual session so I can better understand your perspectives, experiences, and what each of you wants to change.

Ongoing Work

Following the initial sessions, we come back together for joint sessions. These are active and focused. We look at how conversations unfold, where things get stuck, and work through those moments in real time so you can start having different experiences in the relationship outside of session.

Who This Is For

This is a good fit, if you:

  • Certain topics, like boundaries or kinks, feel hard to bring up, or lead to frustration when you try

  • The relationship works in many ways, but intimacy feels off or inconsistent

  • You’re navigating non-monogamy or questioning what kind of relationship structure actually works for you

  • Porn use or relationships or connections outside of the relationship have created tension or uncertainty

  • You struggle to talk about what you want because you’re worried about how your partner will receive it
